Every HNI client is assigned an experienced Relationship Manager, through whom the calls and updates are given to the client. The medium of the calls are through a direct telephone call to the HNI client by the concerned Relationship Manager. There is a separate service for HNI Equity and HNI Commodity and the client has the option of availing either or both the services.
